NATURAL GAS FACILITY
Intermountain Gas Company hereby requests the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for
an Order approving a 21-day extension of time to answer the Complaint, making a response due
on March 13, 2025, to enable discussions between the Company and Staff related to the case.
Intermountain Gas has been in communication with Commission Staff, and Staff
stipulates to the extension.
