Comment: "A rate hike is absolutely not necessary. At what profit margin is sufficient for avista to
operate?They have plenty of profit to operate as it stands.This community has to many seniors that are
on a fixed income and cannot Have a rate hike. Shame on them.They need to get creative like the rest of
us in the private sector and find other ways to make money.
This is a monopoly and we have no say just take it in the ass. I'll be working until the day I die death by a
thousand cuts and avista is one of them. Screw off avista"
