Idaho Irrigation Pumpers, Inc., by and through counsel, hereby submits its First Data
Requests to Idaho Power Company,pursuant to Commission Rule 225, as follows:
IIPA 1-1: Are the Procurement Estimate and Cost Estimate in attachments 3 and 4 to the
special contract additive?
IIPA 1-2: Do the Procurement Estimate and Cost Estimate recover any transmission
investments? If yes, please provide an allocation of the estimates between substation and
transmission costs.
IIPA 1-3: Has the company incurred any transmission costs or does the company expect to
incur any transmission costs not covered by the Procurement Estimate or Cost Estimate? If yes,
please identify such costs.
IIPA 1-4: Please provide all transmission and interconnection studies performed as a result of
the requested load.
IIPA 1-5: Please provide all workpapers generating the marginal cost energy price
calculations described in Paragraphs 21 and 22 of the application.
IIPA 1-6: Please provide the market price curves used to calculate the marginal cost energy
price.
