Comment: "A request has been made for a 305.87% increase to the customers of Aspen Creek Meadows,
yet no justification or details have been provided to support this increase. A proposal for an annual
increase of$88,428 should be presented along with a justification for the necessity of such a substantial
increase. Upon examining the documentation provided, it seems the rationale is founded on the
absence of increases since 2002. The Customer Notice indicates that this rate increase is necessary to
address expenses including power,water testing, maintenance, and various other costs. However,there
is a lack of additional detail to illustrate the current procedures in place compared to the procedures and
costs that have increased and the reasons behind those changes. "
