RE:Infone LLC Cancellation of Registration to Provide
Telecommunications Services and Withdrawal of Price List

Dear Ms. Jewell:
The original and three (3) copies of this letter are submitted on behalf of Infone LLC to
request immediate cancellation of its Registration to provide resale telecommunications
services in Idaho and withdrawal of its price list, Idaho Price List No.3. The Company has
ceased all regulated operations in Idaho in December 2005. Infone offered directory
assistance, call completion, and enhanced directory services on a casual calling basis only, and
had no presubscribed customers. Therefore, no customer notice was required. The long
distance service ofInfone s casual calling customers was not affected.
Expedited handling of this request would be greatly appreciated.
