Comment: "I too am age 70 dependent on Land Line service in a rural area. I don't have cell phone
service or phone. I am continually paying increasing and questionable phone charges now at$72.00 in
Feb 2025/month. ($16 higher than Dec 2024 due to increases in the Federal & Maint charges section of
the Bill). I continue to call Ziply Fiber 'customer service'to get rebates for time that I did not have
service. (4 days in Jan 2025 returned $12;Jan 31 and Feb 1 returned $8).
Helmer, Idaho is a rural area with old metal boxes along the road AND most Technician calls require the
Tech to repair in Deary, Idaho (5 miles West of Helmer Lane). Currently I am able to call out but there is
NOISE on the line.
