Comment: "I object to this increase in monthly charges and a decrease in allowable water usage . For the
following reasons. In December of 2023 my water base charge per month was$18.75--my allowance was
12,000 gallons before a water commodity charge for water usage above 12,00 gallons. In January of 2025
my water base charge per month was$22.50- my allowance had dropped to 8,000 gallons.The proposed
water base charge would increase to$28.68 and my allowance would drop to 5,000 gallons.That is an
increase of$9.93 per month since December of 2023 and on over 50%decrease in my monthly water
allowance (( from 12,000 gallons per month to 5,000 gallons per month."

Comment: "I strongly object to the proposed rate increase from Falls Water.
They had an increase at the beginning of 2023 and a year later are requesting another rate increase.
They are not just increasing the amount billed each month, but they are also reducing the usage
allowance.The increase they implemented at the beginning of 2024 represented a $3.75 increase of
monthly charges, but also a 30% DECREASE in allowed gallons.That means the total increase on a per
gallon basis was 80% more than in 2023.
The current proposed increase includes a $6.18 increase in monthly charges from 2024 and an additional
decrease in usage allowance of 37.5%.
That means that the rate difference per gallon will be increased 267%since 2023.
An increase of 267% over a 2 year period is unconsionable."

Comment: "IPUC is currently considering another rate increase for Falls Water.They had a rate increase
last January.They are also REDUCING your usage allowance. You will be getting 58% less water for 53%
more cost from what you were paying in 2023.This is a 267% increase per gallonM! over just 2 years."
