Comment: "Avista more than doubled it's basic plus seasonal rates in 2023. So$7 in 2022, $15 in 2023,
and $20 in 2024. Since then their profits continue to soar. It is time they reinvest those profits before
asking for another substantial rate hike. Please choose Idahoans by telling Avista no."
