Gem State Water Company, LLC (Gem State, Applicant, or Company) submits this
Notice of Errata to the Application filed on December 27, 2024.
Page 8 of the Application states that the Company's pro forma operating income is
negative $46,342. The Company's actual pro forma operating income is negative $64,862, as
shown in column(E) of Exhibit 2 to the Application. In addition, the Company's pro forma rate
base is $3,805,025 as shown in column(C) of Exhibit 1 rather than the $3,802,710 set forth in the
Application; and the net operating income deficiency is $367,704 as shown on Exhibit 4 rather
than $349,000 set forth in the Application.
