effective immediately, LDMI Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a Cavalier Telephone d/b/a
Cavalier Business Communications is voluntarily relinquishing Registration as an
Interexchange Telecommunications Provider in the State ofIdaho. LDMI does not have any
customers, nor does it have any outstanding obligations in the form of advance or
prepayments or deposits. Therefore customer notice is not applicable.
With this filing, the company is also withdrawing its long distance Price List # 3 currently on
file with the Commission.
