Comment: "I do not believe that Veolia should receive all of the increase they are requesting. As the
utility company,Veolia has an obligation to maintain and improve the water system on a continuous
basis. In the normal course of running the utility company,Veolia should be setting aside funds on a
regular basis to fund improvements. I would recommend that Veolia receive a rate increase of between
5 to 8 percent for a partial reimbursement of the costs of the improvements."
