Comment: "The proposed rate increase of$99.00 a month is absurd.The average rate for water monthly
in the state of Idaho is$49.00 per month.The highest in the nation is California at$77.00 per month.
Some of us are on a fixed income and have issues with these kind of rate increases.
For a small northern Idaho community this is way too much. "
