IPUC inspector Brooks observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line.
Observations Included: Excavation, trench depths, safety equipment, verification of OQs, equipment
calibration, stab fittings, tracer wire, butt fusions, EFV, purge, and dig ticket. Quizzed employees on
applicable AOCs of OQ. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manuals.
