Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of inspecting field operating equipment for the Enbridge Idaho inspection unit.
September 30.2024: (2.0 Standard Prep/Travel)
IPUC Inspectors traveled to Logan,Utah to conduct a field audit with Enbridge.
October 1,2024: (2.0 Standard/Travel)
IPUC inspectors Perkins and Brooks conducted a field audit of Enbridge Preston/Franklin District. Audit
included: Verification of Jared Morton, Jonathan Krebs,Mike Thayne and JR Sharp OQ Records. Inspection
assets included: 7 regulator stations, 12 control valves, 2 rectifiers, 3 carrier/casing and CP reads on all
casings/reg stations. Reg station FC0001 and FC0005 had areas of minor corrosion and work order RA 312069
was initiated to correct. All of the equipment inspected was in satisfactory operating condition and performed
within regulatory compliance requiremements.

Wrote the inspection report, completed audit forms: PHMSA IA question set including OQ protocol 9, IPUC
Forms 1,Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings and attached inspection documents.
