Greylock Energy Holdings, LLC.
IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that the public convenience and necessity requires Greylock
Energy Holdings, LLC, its successors and assigns to hold, construct, or otherwise acquire, to
maintain and to operate Atlanta Power Company, Inc., and supply electricity to that certain
territory within and surrounding the community of Atlanta, Idaho, described below:

This First Amended Certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the findings and
conclusions of Order No. 35649 in Case Nos. ATL-E-22-01 and ATL-T-22-02 to which reference
is hereby made.
