SWI-W-24-02. On August 14, 2024, the Commission issued an order granting Syringa Water Inc.'s ("Company") application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. See Order No. 36290. The Commission further directed the Company to submit tariffs with initial rates consistent with those contained in Exhibit No. 19 to the Company's application as those rates were established to recover the Company's costs. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends opening the docket and initiating the evaluation of the Company's rates contemplated by Order No. 36290 without delay. This evaluation would include data requests to the Company and requests to examine company records, concluding in a recommendation to the Commission for further action, if any.
