Dear Ms.Hanian:
On behalf of iBasis Retail (the "Company"),we hereby request that its Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity be cancelled.The certification,which relates to the
Company's prepaid calling card business,is no longer necessary because the Company
has ceased selling its prepaid calling cards to distributors in all states including Idaho.In
Idaho there have been no distributor sales for more than two years.Moreover,in 2016
and 2017 the intrastate revenue in the state has been $6.21 and $0.00 respectively.While
the Company has ceased all its sales to distributors,it will continue to maintain its 1-800
customer service number for at least three years in order to ensure that consumers who
still have any prepaid cards are properly taken care of and made whole if they have any
problems.
Enclosed is a copy of the Company's Annual Notice to the Idaho PUC and Idaho Gross
Intrastate Operating Revenues Statement for Calendar Year 2018.At the bottom of the
Annual Notice form the Company has checked off "Cancel My Tariff"and "Cancel My
