Please allow this letter to serve as our request for the cancellation of the interexchange
authority issued to Horizon Telecom,Inc.(“Horizon”)in Docket No.C141750,dated 1/13/02.
Horizon received approval to transfer control of its customers to Reduced Rate Long Distance,
Inc.on 2/12/2008,and requested that Horizon’s certificate be cancelled upon consummation of
the transaction.The consummation notice dated 1/27/2009 was received by your office on
2/3/2009.
The enclosed original and three (3)copies of this letter have been enclosed for filing.An
additional copy of this letter has also been enclosed to be date-stamped and returned in the
envelope provided as evidence of the filing.
