Comment: "I own two lots in Marvin Estates, and wish to build in the future. When I purchased these
lots, one benefit was access to an affordable water supply. I acknowledge the negative effect that
inflation has had on cost of construction and operation. It appears to me,that a 165% rate increase is
abnormal. Way past the rate of inflation. This water rate increase is unreasonable, and should be
reduced to a rate that is more in line with other similar water utilities.
