HomeMy WebLinkAbout20241218MIN.pdf IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING SUBJECT TO APPROVAL December 48, 2024— 1:30 p.m. In attendance was Commissioner Eric Anderson,Commissioner Lodge. Commissioner John R.Hammond, Jr. Commissioner Anderson called the meeting to order. The first order of business was the APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING on December 11th,2024. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Action Item: Travis Culbertson's December 18, 2024, Decision Memorandum re: Investigation Into Dry Creek Water Company,LLC,Owner of a Water Supply and Distribution System; Case No. DRY-W-24-01. 3. Action Item: Joseph Terry's December 18,2024,Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Idaho Power Company's Tariff Advice for Revision to Schedule Fixed Cost Adjustment; Case No.IPC-TAE-24-04. 4. Action Item: Adam Triplett's December 18, 2024, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of VP Inc.to Amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 552; Case No.VPI-W-24-02. Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff's recommendations for Items 2 - 4 under the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion, and it carried unanimously. The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 5. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Idaho Power Company for Authority to Fund Its Continued Partnership in the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance in 2025- 2029 through the Energy Efficiency Rider; Case No.IPC-E-24-35 [Chris Burdin,Attorney]. 6. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Idaho Power Company to Increase Rates for Electric Service to Recover Costs Associated with Incremental Capital Investments and Certain Ongoing Operations and Maintenance Expenses; Case No.IPC-E-24-07 [Chris Burdin,Attorney]. 7. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Idaho Power Company's Annual Compliance Filing to Update the Load and Gas Forecasts in the Incremental Cost Integrated Resource Plan Avoided Cost Model; Case No.IPC-E-24-40 [Adam Triplett,Attorney]. 8. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of Capitol Water Corporation's Application to Change Its Schedule No.3 Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Rate; Case No. CAP-W-24-02 [Michael Duval,Attorney]. Commissioner Anderson stated that Items 5 - 8 under Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated privately.
