Comment: "We have had a home at this location (227Aspen Creek Circle, Fish Haven) since 2004. We DO
NOT live here year round. This is a recreational property that our family has had for all of these years.
That being said, I don't think it is proper for us to pay a monthly fee that is generated by the usage of
year-round residents. We are only there in the summer months. Therefore, a metered reading of our
usage would be a fair and proper way to charge for our use, and each individual usage, as there are
different uses in this recreational community.
If you have any questions, I would be glad to elaborate, or explain my position. I really want it
understood that I don't mind paying my fair share, but I don't expect to shoulder the usage of others.
