I own a home in the Meadows at West Mountain subdivision and my home has been repeatedly plagued by lack of, or undrinkable well water when a power outage occurs.The well is owned by Timberline development.They have been asked and cited numerous times by DEQ to upgrade and repair our well equipment. I am asking that Timberline be effectively pressured to address citations put forth by DEQ and most importantly, provide reliable back-up power to prevent loss of well pressure. Is it not possible to pressure Timberline to become compliant with these requests and citations? It appears to the residents that Timberline development is being given a pass for whatever reason. It seems to me there are regulations for a reason and Timberline Development should be forced to be compliant and accountable.This is especially true given they are asking for a rate increase. I would be curious were they are spending this utility money 1214 residents x$55.00 per month}? It certainly is not to supply our small community with safe, reliable drinking water.
