Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc.
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Enclosed for filing please find the original and three (3) copies of this letter submitted to notify the
Commission of the completion of the merger of Global Crossing North American Networks, Inc. into its
affiliate, Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc. The merger took place on December 31 , 2010.
In its original notification filed April 2, 2010, it was requested that Global Crossing North American
Netvvorks, Inc.s certification and tariff be cancelled effective as of the consummation date of the
merger as notified to the Commission. On that basis, cancellation of Global Crossing North American
Netvvorks, Inc.s authority and tariff is hereby requested with an effective date of December 31 2010.
There is no tariff work required as a result of the merger. As explained in the notification of Transaction
Global Crossing North American Networks, Inc. had no retail operations and never operated as a retail
provider. Its tariff may be cancelled effective December 31 , 2010.
