On December 30, 2024,Avista Corporation d/b/a Avista Utilities filed its 2025 Integrated
Resource Plan with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period.
