this merger.Blackfoot has assumed all assets,obligations,responsibilities,and liabilities of
Fretel.As a legal entity,Fretel ceased to exist as of October 1,2014.
Please note Blackfoot will continue to do business as Fremont Communications throughout the
historic Fretel Communications service area.
