Inc, ("Company") applied for authority to increase its rates and non-recurring charges. The Company seeks to increase the rate for water service to $134.00 per month. The Company included Exhibits 1-4 to support its Application. On September 4, 2024, the Company filed additional documents that are required for a rate case. The Company requested that new rates become effective May 1, 2025. On September 13,2024,the Commission issued Order No. 36324 noticing the Company's Application and setting a period for interested persons to intervene. No one intervened. We now issue this Notice of Modified Procedure,Notice of Virtual Public Workshop, and Notice of Customer Hearing, setting comment and reply deadlines and the times for a public workshop and a customer hearing. BACKGROUND The Company is a regulated water corporation serving 73 unmetered customers in the Aspen Creek Estates and Aspen Creek Meadows subdivisions in Fish Haven, Idaho in Bear Lake County. The Company rates have not changed since its tariff was first approved in 2002. The Company operates under certificate of public convenience and necessity ("CPCN")No. 403. The Company currently has a case before the Commission seeking to amend its CPCN No. 403 by extending the boundary to allow it to serve an additional customer. See Case No. ASP-W-24-02. NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE NOTICE OF VIRTUAL PUBLIC WORKSHOP NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING ORDER NO. 36440 1 NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter, and that it will proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure 201-204, IDAPA 31.01.01.201-204. The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and participation. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position in this case may file a written comment explaining why the person supports or opposes the Company's request. Persons who would like a hearing must specifically request a hearing in their written comments and explain why comments alone are insufficient. Persons interested in filing written comments must do so by March 6, 2025. Comments must be filed through the Commission's website or by e-mail unless computer access is unavailable. The purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of the Company's Application and associated testimony.At the workshop, the public may ask Staff about the Application and associated testimony. (local time), or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first, at St. Charles City Hall; 25 N. Main Street;St. Charles,ID 83272. The purpose of the customer hearing is to take testimony from members of the public and customers of the Company. Those planning on testifying are encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 3:45 P.M. (local time) as the hearing will conclude when it appears all customer testimony has been received.
