COMES NOW, Dry Creek Water Company LLC ("Dry Creek") and hereby provides
Notice of its Withdrawal of Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity ("CPCN") filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("the Commission")
on November 8, 2024 in Case No. DRY-W-2402. Pursuant to a Settlement reached
between Staff for the Commission and Dry Creek in Case No. DRY-W-24-01, and as
explained in the Commission's Order No. 36430, the Commission determined it
reasonable to treat Dry Creek's CPCN Application as a compliance filing in Case No.
DRY-W-24-01 . Further, the Commission granted Dry Creek a CPCN on December 31,
2024 in DRY-W-24-01, obviating any further need for Dry Creek's CPCN Application to
appear in a separate case. As such, Dry Creek respectfully provides this notice of
withdrawal, allowing Case No. DRY-W-24-02 to close.
