Comment: "Asking non-Eagle residents to pay the bill for homes outside of the Boise area doesn't make
complete sense. If it's 108,000 homes that need the investment, ask them, or the builder,to pay one
time $685. Instead,you're asking a Boise resident to pay$80/year and commercial customers, $290 a
year.What is being proposed seems like a lot more than $74M. Lastly, why would Eagle residents pay
less than Boise residents? I do not agree with this proposed rate hike for such a few amount of people
impacted. "
