Comment: "Veolia Water had 5 mile road closed and under construction between Victory Road and
Overland for over a year and dug up the asphalt 3 time in the same area to replace pipes. This work was
not done in a timely manner for the convenience of the residents and surely resulted in immense cost
overrides,which are now passed off to the commission as upgrades to the infrastructure."

Comment: "Have lived here in Eagle for over 40 years and am now retired. I cannot afford to pay this
huge amount that Veolia is requesting on my fixed income. I sincerely wish that the City of Eagle had
purchased Eagle Water.They care about their citizens and not their pocket books."
