Comment: "I object to the rate increase. I retired and moved to Idaho in 2019 and have been subjected
to 2 increases. I am 78 and on a fixed income.The Veolia is not the only rate increase I have to absorb
this year I hope that Veolia and other utilities plan strategically for maintenance and enhancement and
are well aware and proactive to solutions of the need for increased revenue. I expect those entities
involved with the exponential growth absorb some of the responsibility and costs of public utilities."

Comment: "The proposed rate increased from Veolia is absurd.Their 20.5%increase far out paces cost of
living increases with no apparent improvement to the service. A service that is as basic and required as
water should not be trying to squeeze excess profits from every household."
