Comment: "For those of us who RMP's predecessor Utah Power& Light incentivized all electric home
construction with rate discounts,this rate increase is a horrendous burden. My 3500 square foot home
uses an average of 3466 kwh per month in the winter season which means RMP's proposed rate increase
will cost me over$50 per month more. I've spent thousands of dollars replacing windows and increasing
ceiling insulation, but ceiling cable heat is so expensive and yet that's what the incentive was for under
the UP&L program. I also use time-of-day to help keep costs down. I object to this size increase!"
