RE:EliteView LLC d/b/a GroveLine
Dear Ms. Jewell:
We are the attorneys for EliteView LLC d/b/a Groveline (hereinafter "Eliteview ). The Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission ) previously authorized Eliteview to provide
intrastate telecommunications services on September 11 , 2003. Eliteview has no customers in
Idaho. Eliteview no longer intends to retain authority in the State ofIdaho.
Accordingly, we respectfully request that the Commission cancel Eliteview s authority effective
immediately.
Enclosed is a duplicate ofthis letter. Please stamp the duplicate received and return same in the
postage-paid envelope attached thereto.
