FOR SERVICE ) NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
ORDER NO. 36431
On September 6, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36317, directing Commission
Staff ("Staff') to investigate the service rates of Syringa Water Inc. ("Company") and
recommend further action, if necessary. Since that time, Staff has propounded production
requests upon the Company and conducted an on-site evaluation of the Company's current rates,
reviewing the Company's rate structure, billing statements, operating expenses, lease
agreements, and infrastructure investment.
At the Commission's December 11, 2024, Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum recommending the Commission schedule an in-person public workshop in this
case. Staff believed that such a workshop is an appropriate venue for customers to learn about
the Commission and its processes, express their concerns, and have their questions addressed
prior to the conclusion of this case.
With this Order, the Commission sets an in-person public workshop for customers of the
Company.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Staff will hold a public, informational workshop
for customers taking service from the Company in the Todd Lecture Hall of the Molstead
Library at North Idaho College; 875 W. Garden Avenue; Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 on
TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025, FROM 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (local time). The purpose of
the workshop is to provide customers with an overview of the Commission's function and
operations and give them an opportunity to express any concerns they may have. At the
workshop, customers may ask Staff about this case. Representatives of the Company may also be
available.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff hold an in-person, public, informational, customer
workshop in the Todd Lecture Hall of the Molstead Library at North Idaho College; 875 W.
Garden Avenue; Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 6:00 PM to
8:30 PM(local time).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service
between parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However,
voluminous discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash
drive.
