Comment: "The Veolia water company gave notice that they completed $74 million worth of customer
improvements and now request to increase the water bills by 20% over two years. It is my understanding
that there have already been approved increases to the water bill rates related to these improvements.
This massive increase would lead to a hardship for many in the valley. Given the abundance of the Boise
River Aquifer, he water rates for Boise are already higher than expected and higher than all the places I
have lived in the country. Please reconsider this additional large rate increase. "
