Idaho PUC
Ref - Deseret Telecommunications Network (DTN)
Dear Idaho Public Utility Commission
For the last several years, the Idaho PUC has been sending out information pertaining to a
company known as Deseret Telecommunications Network (DTN). It seems at one time
they had applied to the Idaho PUC for a certificate to offer long distance services in
Idaho.
To the best of my knowledge, DTN never provided any long distance services in Idaho
or any other state. After launching a marketing plan in May, 2003 , in Utah the company
failed to attract any customers and ended up closing its doors.
DTN had contracted with Call Plan USA before it went out of business. Somehow, DTN
must have passed my name along as a contact person to the Idaho PUC. Again, DTN
never offered any services in Idaho and is n~ in existence as an entity. As such, please
remove DTN from your mailing distribution list.
ve heard great things about Idaho and if we ever decided to offer services there will
be in touch with the Idaho PUC.
