2. Micron has a direct and substantial interest in this matter. Veolia Water Idaho,Inc.
("Veolia") has requested an overall average rate increase of 19.84% to take place in two stages,
with 70% of the requested increase to go into effect December 23, 2024, and the remaining 30%
to be effective December 23, 2025. As a large Veolia costumer, Micron's water expenses will
increase substantially if Veolia's requested rates are implemented without change, impacting
Micron's business operations in Idaho.
3. Micron intends to participate herein as a party, and if necessary, to introduce
evidence, cross-examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses, and be heard in argument. The
nature and quality of evidence Micron will introduce is dependent upon the nature and effect of
other evidence in this proceeding.

conditions of service.

its Petition to Intervene in this proceeding and to appear and participate in all matters as may be
