(“Commission”)cancel its authority granted h.and rescind all tariffs on file with,the
Commission to pros ide lnterexchange 1 elecommunications Sen ices.effective
immediatek.
In Idaho,DelTel is authorized by the Commission to provide lnterexchange
Telecommunications Services pursuant to Del rd.Inc.46-0500395 -Federal Faxpayer
ID,issued on 11/24/2004,I)ue to natural attrition,Dell ci.Inc.no longer has
lnterexchange Telecommunications Customers in Idaho and therefore,no longer requires
its authorizations.Because DelTel does no longer serves any telecommunication
customers in Idaho and neither holds deposits nor adance payments from any Idaho
consumers,DelTel respectfully submits that the surrender of its authorizations and
withdrawal of its tariffs is reasonable and necessary and will not be disruptive to the
present or future public interest,convenience and necessity.
A verification is attached hereto to verify the information in this Letter.An
original and 5 copies of this notice are enclosed for filing.Please date-stamp the extra
copy and return it in the self-addressed,postage-paid envelope provided.Should you
have any questions regarding this filing,please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.
