On November 5,2012,dPi Teleconnect,LLC notified the Commission that it had
changed its name to Unity Telecom,LLC.A copy of the Secretary of State’s Amended
Certificate of Authority reflecting the name change was included with the Company’s request for
name change.
In October 1999,the Commission issued Order No.28185 granting dPi-Teleconnect,
LLC a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to resell prepaid local exchange service
throughout Idaho.In April 2000,Certificate No.372 was issued to dPi-Teleconnect.
Based on our review of the Application,the Commission finds that it is reasonable to
amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.372 to reflect the change in name
from dPi Teleconnect,LLC to Unity Telecom,LLC.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
No.372 is amended to reflect the name change from dPi Teleconnect,LLC to Unity Telecom,
LLC.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order in Case No.GNR-T-99-07.Within seven (7)days after any person
has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See
Idaho Code §S 6 1-626 and 62-6 19.
