Comment: "Do not pass the Veolia request to increase water rates. I live in Eagle and when it was Eagle
Water Company we were paying significantly less rates. Veolia came in, made the water taste like
chlorine, and increased our rates by over 200%. These large corporations need to do a better job of
being fiscally responsible with the resources they have like each Treasure Valley resident. By approving
the rate increase we will continue to tell large corporations they can be fiscally irresponsible and make
up the difference by charging customers more. I vote to NOT approve the rate increase and I hope PUC
does the same. "
