CTI Long Dispçç,Inc.
Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to IDAPA 31-0101-1001,Rule 20,CTI Long Distance,Inc.(“CT!”)hereby notifies the
Idaho Public Utility Commission (“Commission”)that CII intends to discontinue providing its
intrastate and interstate long distance service to existing customers in Idaho effective December
15,2014.
Since CTI does not provide basic local exchange service or message telecommunications
services,a notice was not published in a local newspaper.
As of September 1,2014,CII had [21]customers subscribing to CII Long Distance Service in
Idaho.I have enclosed a copy of the notice that was mailed via First Class Mail to all of CTFs
customers in Idaho today.CTI does not have any deposits from customers within the state of
Idaho.

ON DECEMBER I014,CTI LONG DISTANCES INC.W1LL DISCONTINUE
PROVIDING YOUR LONG DISTANCE SERVICE IN IDAHO

Thank you for being a valued CII Long Distance customer.Due to changes in the long distance
telephone service marketplace over recent years,I regret to inform you that we must discontinue
providing long distance telephone services (intrastate and interstate)in the State of Idaho.
Please note that CTI Long Distance,Inc.will discontinue providing long distance service to you
on DECEMBER 15,2014,and you must find a different long distance service provider.
Since it takes time to change long distance service providers,we recommend that you
immediately identify your preferred long distance service provider,contact your local phone
company.and move your long distance services to your preferred provider as soon as possible.
We will disconnect your CTI Long Distance Services on DECEMBER 15,2014,regardless of
whether you have moved your long distance service to another provider before that date.
