Please be advised that I am the Trustee in the above-referenced bankruptcy. As you are
apparently aware, the Chapter 11 was converted to a Chapter 7.
Univance Telecommunications is no longer in business nor can any payments be made to
your commission without an Order in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
I would suggest that your commission discuss with its attorneys the consequence of any
further action against Univance Telecommunications.
