Our company, formerly known as Cognigen Switching Technologies, Inc. changed
owners as of2-01-2006. The previous company had filed for certification as a
competitive local carrier but never used the certificate. Our CFO, David G. Lucas, had
been responding to invoices from Idaho in error. We do not have any local customers in
Idaho. Cognigen Networks, Inc. owned the customer base and they subsequently sold it
to a company called Acceris.
Weare requesting that our Certification be withdrawn and all tariffs canceled. The
effective date should have been February 2006. I understand the delay was our fault so
as soon as is convenient would be appreciated.
