Audit consisted of tea Integrity Management (TIMP)/External Corrosion Direct Assessment/ECDA verification
digs in Rexburg/Rigby, Idaho.
Sep 16-18, 2024: (.5 Standard) 2.5 TIMP/ECDA)
Inspector traveled to Rexburg, Idaho and met with IGC personnel for an IM/ECDA verification dig at 310 S Fifth
W Rexburg, Rexburg, ID. And 72 N 3700 E Rigby, ID. IGC personnel contracted Acuren/KV Utilities to perform
ECDA Survey. Observed JSA, traffic control, line location,excavation, anamoly locates/depth gauging,jeeping,
cleaning pipe, removing coating, backfilling, bedding, pipe wrapping, soil resitivity testing, wall thickness survey,
metalurgy testing, Mag particle testing of anomolies, MMT's Hardness, Strength and Ductility Tester(HSD)
assessing condition/type of pipe, thickness, and notch v marks.
