CTC Communications Corp, (“CTC”) hereby notifies the Idaho Public Utilities Commission of its request to cancel its Certificate to provide interexchange telecommunications service in the state of Idaho, effective immediately. Attached hereto is a signed Annual Report form requesting withdrawal as CTC does not have any customers in the state of Idaho.
