Observations Included: Line locating, correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification OQ records,
and valid dig ticket. Quizzed KV employee on trench depth and spacing with other utilities. All
observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Attempted to observe an IGC crew fix a leak on Aldyl-A pipe at 1257 Park Meadows Drive in Twin
Falls but was unable to meet the crew due to other work in the district.
Attempted to observe a second KV utilities crew at 501 Thompson Court in Jerome, ID but was unable
to observe any gas work due to the crew rock hammering the trench.
