equipment calibrations, valid dig ticket, tracer wire install, manual butt fusions inspected for acceptable
rollback, mechanical fittings, EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 96 psi for 15 minutes,
squeeze off, bedding and backfill. Quizzed KV employee on squeeze off procedures. All observed
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
