Statement for 2008 Annual Regulatory Fee Public Utilities
Authority: Idaho Code 99 61-1001 and 62-611
The Idaho Public Utilities Law requires each public utility providing service in Idaho to pay a special
regulatory fee based upon its gross Idaho intrastate revenue for the proceeding calendar year. Your
company reported Idaho intrastate revenue for the 2007 calendar year as $378.00 . Pursuant to Idaho
Code 9 61-1004 the Commission has determined that the assessment rate for the 2008 regulatory fee is
.2507 percent (.002507). The minimum regulatory fee is $50. Consequently, your company
regulatory fee for 2008 is $50.00 .
The regulatory fee may be paid in equal semi-annual installments. The first installment of the
regulatory fee is due no later than May 15 2008. The second installment of the regulatory fee is due no
later than November 14 2008. Installment payments received after these dates shall accrue interest at
the rate authorized by law. You may also pay your entire annual regulatory fee no later than the first
installment date.
Please make check or money order payable to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Ariy utility
