verification equipment calibrations, valid dig ticket, tracer wire install, mechanical fittings (couplers),
EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 94 psi for 15 minutes, cleaning purge and bedding.
Quizzed employee on AOCs of squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were completed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
