Observations Include: Fusing, welding, verification of OQ records, potholing, line locating, trenching,
bedding/backfilling, pressure testing, purging, EFV install and tracer wire tie-in. All observed
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
