Address: 8165 W Pacific Yew St
Observations Include: Stab fittings, verification of OQ records, line locating,pressure testing, purging,
bedding/backfilling, trenching, EFV install and tracer wire tie-in. Quizzed fuser on squeeze/release
times. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
